Y series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motors
Take the Xi'an Simo Y series three-phase asynchronous motor Y200L1-2 as an example: "Y" represents an asynchronous motor; "200" indicates the center height of the motor (in mm); "L" is the code for the frame length; "1" is the code for the core length; "4" represents the number of poles of the motor.
The Y series motors produced by Xi'an Simo Motor are general-purpose fully enclosed self-fan cooled squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motors. The installation dimensions and power ratings of the motors comply with IEC standards. The enclosure protection level is IP44, the cooling method is IC411, and the duty is continuous (S1). These motors are suitable for driving various mechanical devices without special performance requirements, such as metal-cutting machine tools, water pumps, blowers, compressors, mixers, transportation machinery, agricultural machinery, food machinery, etc.
The Simo brand Y series three-phase asynchronous motors have the advantages of high efficiency, energy conservation, high locked-rotor torque, low noise, small vibration, and safe and reliable operation. The Y80-315 motors comply with the technical conditions of Y series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motors JB/T10391-2002. The Y355 motors comply with the technical conditions of Y series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motors JB5274-1991.
The Simo Y80-355 motors adopt Class B insulation. The rated voltage is 380V, the rated frequency is 50HZ. Motors with a power of 3KW and below use the Y connection method, and other powers use the △ connection method. The altitude of the motor operation location does not exceed 1000m; the ambient air temperature varies with the season but does not exceed 40℃; the minimum ambient air temperature is -15℃; the average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is 90%; and at the same time, the average minimum temperature of that month is not higher than 25℃.
The Simo brand Y series motors have one shaft extension. According to user needs, they can be made into double shaft extensions. The second shaft extension can also transmit the rated power, but it can only be driven by a coupling.
Xi'an Simo Motor Factory can also produce motors with other powers, voltages, frequencies, wet and tropical types (TH), protection levels, etc. according to user needs.

In order to improve the quality of various electromechanical products, strengthen pre-sales and after-sales services, and make customers feel at ease and satisfied, Simo Motor resolutely implements the "Quality Assurance Statement" of eight scientific research and design institutes in the machine tool industry of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, conscientiously implements all the clauses in the statement, and strictly follows the rules and regulations of the ISO9001:2000 quality management system to ensure:
- Seriously implement relevant national standards, and strictly manufacture and inspect the products according to the standards or contract technical requirements. Unqualified products will not leave the factory.
- After the final assembly and on-line commissioning of various finished products such as product measurement bases, the assembly personnel conduct a 72-hour running test before delivery. Strictly conduct running-in tests and reliability tests according to relevant standards to improve the reliability of new products and eliminate early failures.

- Complete technical documents are provided when the product leaves the factory. All product quality problems are covered by three guarantees (repair, replacement, return). If the product still does not meet the factory requirements after repair, the product will be returned or replaced.
- Simo Motor products are guaranteed for lifetime maintenance at cost after being sold.
- When placing an order, please first refer to the product catalog to determine the model specifications and other data of the required product. Try to select the standard specification products listed in the catalog. Please indicate the motor model, power, speed regulation, voltage, frequency, noise, and installation type in the order contract. If the noise level is not specified, it will be supplied as level 2.
- For 2-pole motors with a power of 5.5kW and above and 4-pole motors with a power of 37kW and above, belt drive cannot be used.
- If there are no special requirements, the default parameters of Simo Motor are: the installation method is horizontal B3, the insulation class is Class B, and the protection level is IP44.
- If there are special requirements, such as double shaft extension, reverse terminal box position, reverse rotation of the shaft, requirements to be made into a wet tropical type, outdoor anti-corrosion type, or others, they need to be clearly indicated in the contract and contact our factory in advance.
