The YE2 series (IP55) high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors (frame numbers 80 - 355) produced by Xi'an Simo Motor are low-voltage fully enclosed self-fan cooled high-efficiency squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motors that meet the energy efficiency limit values. Their efficiency values fully meet the requirements of Energy Efficiency Class 3 in GB18613 - 2012 "Energy efficiency limits and energy efficiency grades for small and medium-sized three-phase asynchronous motors", and are consistent with IE2 in the international standard IEC60034 - 30 "Efficiency classes of single-speed three-phase squirrel-cage motors". The efficiency is determined by the loss analysis method of measuring input - output power (in accordance with the provisions of 10.4 in GB/T1032 - 2005).
YE2 high-efficiency motors are applied in various fields of the national economy, such as machine tools, water pumps, fans, compressors, and are also suitable for various places without flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases, such as transportation, mixing, printing, agricultural machinery, and food.
The installation dimensions and power ratings of the YE2 series (IP55) high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors comply with IEC international standards and are consistent with the German DIN42673. The enclosure protection level is IP55, the cooling method is IC411, and the duty is continuous (S1). It adopts an F-class insulation structure, but the temperature rise of the entire series is evaluated according to Class B; and the load noise is required to be evaluated. Motors of H280 - 355 are equipped with oil injection devices.
The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, the rated frequency is 50HZ, and the power range is 0.75 - 375KW, including 2-pole, 4-pole, and 6-pole motors. Motors with a power of 3KW and below use the Y connection method, and other powers use the △ connection method. The motors comply with "Technical Conditions for YE2 Series (IP55) High-efficiency Three-phase Asynchronous Motors (Frame Numbers 80 - 355)".
The altitude of the operating location of the YE2 high-efficiency motor does not exceed 1000m; the maximum ambient temperature varies with the season but does not exceed 40℃; the minimum ambient air temperature is - 15℃.
B3, B5, B35, V1, B14, B6, B7, B8, V5, V6, V3, V15, V36, V18, V19

- The rated voltage is 380V or 660V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, the allowable variation range of the rated voltage is ±5%, and the allowable variation range of the rated frequency is ±1%.
- The motor is driven by a coupling.
- The enclosure protection level of the motor is IP54 (see GB/T4942.1).
- The cooling method of the motor is IC411 (see GB/T1993).

- When placing an order, please first refer to the product catalog to determine the model specifications and other data of the required product. Try to select the standard specification products listed in the catalog. Please indicate the motor model, power, speed regulation, voltage, frequency, noise, and installation type in the order contract. If the noise level is not specified, it will be supplied as level 2.
- For 2-pole motors with a power of 5.5kW and above and 4-pole motors with a power of 37kW and above, belt drive cannot be used.
- If there are no special requirements, the default parameters of Simo Motor are: the installation method is horizontal B3, the insulation class is Class B, and the protection level is IP44.
- If there are special requirements, such as double shaft extension, reverse terminal box position, reverse rotation of the shaft, requirements to be made into a wet tropical type, outdoor anti-corrosion type, or others, they need to be clearly indicated in the contract and contact our factory in advance.
