The management system transitioned from a decentralized model to a centralized one, with the introduction of a three-tier management structure (factory, workshop, production team). The factory’s production scale grew from small to large, with improvements in personnel, equipment, and technological development, diversifying products, stabilizing quality, and increasing production capacity. The factory became one of the three main electric motor manufacturers in the “Big Northwest” under the national planned economy system, and it was designated as the supplier of tank motors by the Ministry of First Machinery Industry. The factory contributed significantly to the national economy during both the planned and market economies.
