Overview of Xi'an Simo TDMK36 Large Synchronous Motor
The TD series three-phase synchronous motors are specially designed for rolling mill matching. The starting method is full-voltage starting. If the grid capacity is insufficient, voltage reduction starting can be appropriately adopted. Manufacturing complies with GB755 "Basic Technical Requirements for Rotating Machines" and JB8/DQ3449 "Technical Conditions for TK Series Large Three-Phase Synchronous Motors".
Xi'an Simo TDMK36 large synchronous motors are suitable for use at altitudes not exceeding 1000m and with cooling medium temperatures not exceeding 40℃. The rated voltage of this series is 6000V, and 3000V and 10000V can also be provided according to user requirements. The allowable voltage deviation range is +5%, the rated power frequency is 50Hz, and the rated power factor is 0.9 (leading).
The TDMK series motor has a cylindrical shaft extension end. Its rotation direction should follow the direction specified on the indicator plate. From the slip ring end, the rotation direction is generally counterclockwise, but it can also be made clockwise as required. When the motor is connected to the mill with a coupling, the motor shaft extension must not bear external radial or axial forces.
The TDMK series motor uses a thyristor excitation system. The motor allows full-voltage direct starting. If the user's grid does not permit full-voltage direct starting, step-down starting can also be used. In this case, the starting current decreases proportionally with the terminal voltage, while the starting torque decreases proportionally with the square of the terminal voltage. Stator leads: six terminals, labeled U1, V1, W1, U2, V2, W2, 引出 via high-voltage rubber cables at the lower part of the frame's terminal clamp, or can be configured as junction box wiring as required.
Xi'an Simo TDMK series motors feature open natural ventilation or can be made into fully enclosed piped ventilation type.
Frame: welded with steel plates, with the motor's lead-out end at the lower part of the frame.
Stator: The stator core is composed of 0.5mm thick low-loss silicon steel sheets punched into segments, separated by ventilation ducts. The winding uses formed double-layer short-pitch coils with Class B or F insulation. Temperature rise is evaluated based on Class B to extend service life. The winding ends are securely fixed and 綁扎，processed with vacuum pressure impregnation of solvent-free paint. Multiple inter-turn impulse withstand and ground withstand tests are conducted during manufacturing, ensuring excellent insulation, good mechanical strength, and strong moisture resistance.
Rotor: The poles are punched from steel plates and installed on the rotor yoke with field coils. Field coils use Class B or F insulation. When users adopt pneumatic clutches, the shaft can be designed with holes as required.
Xi'an Simo TDMK series motors are mainly applicable for driving large AC three-phase synchronous motors for mine mills, primarily for lattice ball mills, rod mills, coal mills, etc.
